Premium subscribers will gain access to premium content as soon as their payment is received. This includes any digital materials, tools, or exclusive access provided as part of the premium subscription package.
Under German consumer law, premium subscribers have the following rights:
- Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer within the European Union, including Germany, you have the right to cancel your subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
- Exclusion of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply once the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
- Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Maya Daniel of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided but are not required to do so.
- Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
By subscribing to the premium content, you agree to these terms as outlined, including adherence to the applicable consumer protection laws in Germany.
