I’m really happy I decided to take on this challenge! I finished it, even though I didn’t do everything I said I would. I wanted to train four times a week, but sometimes life got in the way, and that didn’t happen. But you know what? I don’t see that as a failure. I learned that it’s important to set goals that are realistic because life can be unpredictable. I still haven’t finished my book, and I might have accidentally had some sugar, but I’m still committed to cutting sugar from my diet, reading more, and working out 4 to 5 times a week. @dj.onit ♥️🙏🏾
